Due to internal staff movements, the position of Assistant Company Secretary has become available. This position, reporting to the Executive Director Corporate Governance, manages the governance and secretariat function for both TGL and TGF. The position is an important interface between the TGL Board, the TGF Board, Executive leadership and the broader organisation, requiring regular professional engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external.

Job Description
About you
You bring to the role at least 5 years’ work experience in a governance support role, with formal qualifications in business management or similar. A qualification in corporate governance or risk management is highly desirable.
You are a team player and possess strong communication, problem solving and decision-making skills. Your attention to detail is impeccable, you are able to deal effectively with sensitive and confidential duties and can navigate the governance nuances that come with liaising with a board of directors. You are highly organised and have excellent time management and task prioritisation skills, especially when there are competing priorities with tight timeframes. You also can work with Board Management Portals, Sharepoint, and the suite of Microsoft products, including Teams, and you are very proficient with word processing, report writing and document control.
